Shropshire Council proposes to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on the B4397 Ruyton-XI-Towns to Burlton road, and also Weston Road at Baschurch in order to restrict vehicle speeds to a level appropriate to the environment of the village in the interests of safety for all road users, and improved quality of life for local residents. |

(SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT) ORDER
Shropshire Council proposes to extend the 30mph speed limit in Baschurch as follows:
30mph speed limit
- That length of the B4397 Ruyton XI Towns road from a point 107 metres west of its junction with the B5067 Shrewsbury Road for a distance of 46 metres in a westerly direction
- That length of the B4397 Station Road from a point 34 metres east of its junction with the B5067 Shrewsbury Road to a point 67 metres north east of its junction with Bell View
- That length of Weston Road from a point 15 metres north of its junction with the B4397 for a distance of 124 metres in a northerly direction
Any existing speed limit at the above locations is revoked and replaced with a 30mph speed limit.
