Bourton - Changes to Speed Limit

Proposal

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL
(DISTRICT OF BRIDGNORTH) (SPEED LIMITS)
ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to change the speed limit order in Bourton:

The following lengths of roads shall become 30mph by order, rather than by virtue of being street-lit:

• That length of the B4378, Much Wenlock to Brockton road from a point 220 metres north-east of the Bourton crossroads, to a point 125 metres south-west of that junction.
• That length of the Unclassified Road which leads from Bourton to Monkhopton from its junction with the B4378, Much Wenlock to Brockton road for a distance of 216 metres in a generally south easterly direction.
• That length of the Unclassified Road which leads from Bourton to Presthope from its junction with the B4378, Much Wenlock to Brockton road for a distance of 87 metres in a generally north westerly direction.

These changes are being made for administrative reasons only. There will be no change on the ground.
