Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.

The company known as Charles Ranford and Son Ltd, Station Street, Bishops Castle, Shropshire, SY9 5AQ has applied to Shropshire Council for a permit to operate an installation for preserving wood and wood products with chemicals in a plant with a production capacity exceeding 75m3 per day at the address above.

If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
