NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF PLAYING FIELD LAND at FORMER HOPE CE (CONTROLLED) PRIMARY SCHOOL, HOPE, MINSTERLEY Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and Schedule 1 to the Academies Act 2010.
Notice is hereby given that Shropshire Council intends to dispose of land in its ownership at the former Hope CE (Controlled) Primary School site, totalling 0.725 acres.
Consent of the secretary of state for education is required to dispose of this land under Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and Schedule 1 to the Academies Act 2010.

The introduction of the prohibition of stopping markings on Church Street, Ruyton XI Towns are to improve pedestrian visibility and safety outside of St John the Baptist C Of E Primary School & Nursery, Ruyton XI Towns.
