Disposal of land at former Hope CE Primary School, Minsterley

Proposal

NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF PLAYING FIELD LAND at FORMER HOPE CE (CONTROLLED) PRIMARY SCHOOL, HOPE, MINSTERLEY Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and Schedule 1 to the Academies Act 2010.

Notice is hereby given that Shropshire Council intends to dispose of land in its ownership at the former Hope CE (Controlled) Primary School site, totalling 0.725 acres.

Consent of the secretary of state for education is required to dispose of this land under Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 and Schedule 1 to the Academies Act 2010.

Comments must be received by no later than Friday 16 February 2018, following which the council will seek the consent of the secretary of state to dispose of the land.
