The company known as Fabdec Ltd, Grange Road, Ellesmere, Shropshire, SY12 9DG has applied to Shropshire Council for a variation to its existing environmental permit to include the surface treatment of metal likely to result in the release into air of NOx at the address above.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND, and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours.
Any written comments on the application should be made to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or email: kevin.kleyn@shropshire.gov.uk by 18 August 2017. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
