Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010

The company known as ETC Sawmills Ltd, Elson, Ellesmere, Shropshire, SY12 9JW has applied to Shropshire Council for a permit to operate an installation for preserving wood and wood products with chemicals in a plant with a production capacity exceeding 75m3 per day at the address above.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND, and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours, or of course via the link above.

Any written comments on the application should be made to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or email: joanne.chanter@shropshire.gov.uk by 18 June 2015.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
