NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Shropshire Council intends to dispose of the following land that may currently be used as public open space:
(i) Land at the junction of Hazledine Road and Oteley Road comprising an area of approximately 2.2 acres (‘the Land')
By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 Shropshire Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of the Land to consider any objections to the proposed appropriation and disposal.
