THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (VARIOUS ROADS, OSWESTRY) (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER
Shropshire Council proposes to make the following changes to parking restrictions on various roads in Oswestry:
Upper Brook Street (north-west side)
From its junction with Lutton Close for a distance of 56m in a south-westerly direction
From a point 82m from its junction with Lutton Close in a south-westerly direction to a point 116m from its junction with Lutton Close.
From a point 140m from its junction with Lutton Close in a south-westerly direction to a point 156m from its junction with Lutton Close.
From a point 180m from its junction with Lutton Close in a south-westerly direction to a point 259m from its junction with Lutton Close.
Upper Brook Street (south-east side)
From its junction with Lutton Close in a south-westerly direction to a point 259 metres south-west of that point
Broomhall Lane (both sides)
From its junction with Upper Brook Street for a distance 46m in a westerly direction.
Oak Street (south-west side)
From a point 16.0 metres north-west of the junction with York Street to a point in line with the property boundary of ‘Meatman' 94A Willow Street and ‘Friends Meeting House' Oak Street.
From a point in line with the property boundary of Nos 2 Oak Cottages, Oak Street and ‘Meatman' 94A Willow Street to a point 1.7 metres north-west of its junction with Castle Street.
Beatrice Street (north-western side)
From a point 4.2 metres north-east of its former junction with Albert Road to its junction with Cambrian Place.
From its junction with Cambrian Place to a point 1.3 metres south-west of its junction with Swan Lane.
Oak Street (south-west side)
From a point in line with the property boundary of ‘Meatman' 94A Willow Street and ‘Friends Meeting House' Oak Street to a point in line with of Nos 2 Oak Cottages, Oak Street and ‘Meatman' 94A Willow Street.
Any existing restrictions at the above locations will be revoked.
