Width of pavement from building to kerb, positioned in front of 17A Hills Lane 3.3m (L) x 3.4m (W).
Items placed on pavement: 2 x whiskey barrels (900mm (h) x 650mm (w)) within a space of 2.3m (L) x 1.2m (W), positioned in front of the main entrance to the bar, kept out of pedestrians way by neatly fitting into natural curvature of the buildings.
1 x A-board (900mm (h) x 560mm (w)), positioned opposite the barrels described above on the edge of the kerb. Leaving 1.3 metres between the barrels and the A-board for pedestrians.
Designated non-smoking area: The barrel positioned closest to the entrance will be the designated non-smoking area.
