Area one: 3m x 1.9m starting at the change in pavement by wooden bollards.
Area two: 12.6m x 3.3m narrowing 1.5m where the side of the premises ends containing removable trestle tables and benches defined by visible barriers fencing of the area.
Area three (front): 2m x 1.5m containing a narrow removable bench and a small removable table defined by a small wooden barrier. Area 3 is non-smoking.
