Application description

Area 1: Seating area to the front of the shop of the shop will consist of a small adjacent to the shop window extending 1m from the shop wall. This will have 1 row x 2 x small tables and chairs plus one small table with no chairs at the right-hand side of the door and next to the left of the shop window is to be a designated as non-smoking.

Area 2: Area in front of Storeroom access measuring 8.9m (l) by 3m (w) at the largest point at the far corner of premises tapering down with the gradient of the premises wall to align with the front of Area 1, containing tables and chairs.
