  • Area A: 8m from the top corner of the flower bed to the circular drain cover (to be outlined by a barrier), and 6m from the bottom corner of the flower bed to the circular drain cover
  • Area B: 5m x 0.8m adjacent to the front of the premises, this includes two planters and two wooden benches

A-boards are to be placed so they don't obstruct the pavement any further.
