Two areas containing tables and chairs. Area 1 (outside The Loft) - 8.4m x 0.63m. Area 2 (to LHS of centre pillar as facing Abakhan) - 5.8m (L) x 0.8m (W)*
* This area will include a small proportion of private land within the licensed area which doesn't require to be licensed. However, to clearly define the positioning of the licensable area the dimensions are to be taken from the face of the building. If only the private land is to be used, then no licence is required.
