Area 1 (front of the building) 8m x 0.85m from the central pillar of Peaberrys entrance extending to 2.15m outside of 'Womborne windows'.

Area 2 (Milk Street) - 7m x 2.4m to be positioned from the edge of the pavement in front of the premises. Areas to be used for the placement of removable furniture.
