Area A – An area following the line of the brick flowerbed by a length of 3.5m towards the main road from the direction Meadow Place turning 90 degrees to the right by a length of 3.3m before following a length of 3.8m in alignment with the flowerbed wall adjacent to the road.

Area B – An area 5m (L) (excluding the doorway) x1.2m (W) along the building frontage facing the flowerbed.
