Shropshire Council proposes to introduce the following parking restrictions on various roads in Pontesbury:
From its junction with Chapel Street for 20m in a south-easterly direction.
From a point 12m north-west of its junction with Linley Avenue to a point in line with the boundary of properties No. 1 and No. 2 The Pines, Linley Avenue.
From a point 13m north-west of its junction with St Georges Gardens for a distance 67m in a South-Easterly direction.
From a point 13m north-west of its junction with St Georges Gardens to the east side of its junction with Linley Terrace.
From its junction with Bogey Lane for 13m in a south-westerly direction.
From its junction with Bogey Lane to a point in line with the south-westernmost building line of No. 1 St Georges Gardens.
From its junction with Bogey Lane for 22m in a south-westerly direction.
From its junction with Bogey Lane for 12.m in a south-westerly direction.
From a point 20m south-east of its junction with Chapel Street to a point 12m north-west of its junction with Linley Avenue.
From a point in line with the boundary of properties No. 1 and No. 2 The Pines, Linley Avenue to a point 13m north-west of its junction with St Georges Garden.
From a point 12.5m south-west of its junction with Bogey Lane for a distance of 62m in south-westerly direction.
From its junction with Linley Terrace for a distance of 56m in an easterly direction.

School keep clear markings are proposed at the school entrance on the unclassified road to Church Preen.
Proposed new charges to take effect from 9 February 2026.
