Radbrook/Shrewsbury Campus Development
Proposal
The Radbrook Foundation, Shrewsbury College and Shropshire Council are looking to dispose of the Radbrook Campus site in 2015 and are intending to seek outline planning permission for residential development on the site prior to commencement of marketing.
In advance of the submission of the outline planning applications the landowners are consulting on the proposals for residential development on the site.
The documents below explain the background detail of the development proposals and comments are invited on them prior to submission of any outline planning applications.
