Review of premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Shropshire Council has received an application for the review of the above premises' licence, pursuant to Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003.
A review of licence has been requested by Shropshire Council Public Protection on the grounds that the premises operates in such a manner as to undermine the licensing objectives, especially that concerning the prevention of crime and disorder and protection of children from harm.

Other persons and responsible authorities may make representations in writing to the Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND between 22 March 2017 and 18 April 2017.
Details of the grounds for review may be inspected at the licensing office (address above) between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday or 8:30am and 4:30pm on Friday.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
Licence revoked.

The parking restrictions are intended to provide junction protection, deter commuter parking and ensure emergency vehicle access.
The introduction of the prohibition of stopping markings on Church Street, Ruyton XI Towns are to improve pedestrian visibility and safety outside of St John the Baptist C Of E Primary School & Nursery, Ruyton XI Towns. The restrictions are proposed to replace the existing school keep clear markings that are not enforceable and will be located in the same place as the existing markings.
