NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Shropshire Council has received an application for the review of the above Premises Licence, pursuant to Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations in writing to the Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND between 11 July 2015 and 7 August 2015.

A review of licence has been requested by Shropshire Council Public Protection on the grounds that the premises operates in such a manner as to undermine the licensing objective concerning the prevention of public nuisance.

Details of the grounds for review may be inspected at the licensing office (address as above) between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday or 8:30am and 4:30pm on Friday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
