The introduction of a 20mph speed limit zone along Coppice Green Lane, in line with Council’s guidance from 2023, aims to improve the safety of school children, residents and other road users during the school peak times. The proposals are being implemented along Coppice Green Lane following assessment of vehicle speed data and pedestrian movements around the school accesses on this road. The proposals have been extended to include the length of 30mph section of Coppice Green Lane, to the north-east of the scheme, and ensure consistency. |
