Shifnal Transport Strategy latest proposals

Proposal

Proposals for enhancements to Shifnal town centre were presented at an exhibition at Shifnal Village Hall on 11 and 12 December 2015.

This exhibition is part of the ongoing development of a transport strategy for Shifnal, which is being developed by Shropshire Council to manage the projected growth in travel likely to result from new housing developments in the town. There has been significant local interest in investigating the potential to improve the street environment in Shifnal town centre as part of this work.

Take a look at the proposals shown at the exhibition. The decision on whether to progress with the town centre enhancements will depend upon local support, so we are keen to get your feedback on the proposals: please complete our short questionnaire.
