The Short Breaks Statement is for families and professionals who support or care for a child or young person aged 0 to 18th birthday who has a disability and lives in Shropshire.

It provides information about the range of Short Breaks in Shropshire and how to access these.

We updated our Short Breaks Statement in November 2017 and you can download and read it from this page.

We are now seeking feedback on the updated statement.

You can provide your feedback on the updated statement by clicking on the green button.

If you wish to complete the survey using a paper copy please call Marion Versluijs on 01743 253795.

We will amend the statement in January 2018 based on all the feedback we receive.

Thank you in advance for your time and effort.
