Design of Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document Consultation
Shropshire Council is proposing a new Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to provide design guidance for residential extensions and alterations.
Pre-Submission Draft
Shropshire Council is publishing the Pre-Submission Draft version of the SAMDev Plan. This has followed several stages of consultation over the past four years.
The SAMDev Plan sets out proposals for the use of land and policies to guide future development in Shropshire up to 2026. It covers the whole of the administrative area of Shropshire Council (excludes Telford & Wrekin).
Representations are now invited on the ‘soundness' of the SAMDev Plan for a six week period between 12noon on Monday 17 March and 5pm on Monday 28 April 2014.
Following this the SAMDev Plan and all the representations made on the Plan will be submitted to the Secretary of State for examination by an Independent Planning Inspector later in 2014.
