Application for Schedule 13,1(a) small waste incineration plant (SWIP) under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 - Circular Resources (UK) Limited, Bridgnorth
The company known as Circular Resources (UK) Limited, Unit 10, Stanmore Industrial Estate, Bridgnorth, WV15 5HP has applied to Shropshire Council for a permit to operate an installation for a Schedule 13,1(a) small waste incineration plant (SWIP) at a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) processing plant at the address above.
The application and supporting documents has been placed on the public register held at: Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND and can be inspected in the documents attached to this consultation.
Please note that any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request, the register will include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.

Duty to consult on felling street trees (Highways Act 1980 – Section 96A & Section 115, Environment Act 2021)
The parking restrictions are intended to provide junction protection, deter commuter parking and ensure emergency vehicle access.
The introduction of waiting restrictions along Curriers Lane and its junctions with Barn Road and Greenfield Crescent will provide unrestricted access along the road increasing visibility for all road users including pedestrians, cyclists and motorists, reduce congestion and improve air quality.
