Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010

The company known as Timberlink Ltd, Sutton Road, Tern Hill, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 2JH  has applied to Shropshire Council for a permit to operate an installation for preserving wood and wood products with chemicals in a plant with a production capacity exceeding 75m3 per day at the address above.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND, and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours. The application and associated documentation is also attached to this webpage.

Any written comments on the application should be made to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or email: joanne.chanter@shropshire.gov.uk by 3 July 2015.

Comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
