Proposal

In accordance with The Marriage Act 1949 (as amended), The Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995 and The Civil Partnership Act 2004, notice is hereby given that an application has been made by: 

Ms. Anne Wilson - Town Clerk, of Town Hall, High Street, Bridgnorth, WV16 5DX 

For approval of a room(s) within those premises known as 

Bridgnorth Town Hall 
High Street 
Bridgnorth 
Shropshire 

for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of Section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. 

The applications, together with plans of the premises that accompanied it, may be inspected at the offices of the Registration Service, Shropshire Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 8HQ between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please telephone 0345 678 9016 to make an appointment before attending. 

Any person may give notice in writing to me at the above address of an objection to the grant of approval of such applications, with reasons for such objection, within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice (by midnight 27th February 2015).
