Design of Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document Consultation
Shropshire Council is proposing a new Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to provide design guidance for residential extensions and alterations.
Vibrant Shropshire, a Cultural Compact in collaboration with the Rural Art Hub and Designs In Mind is working to identify what cultural activities are currently delivered in Shropshire.
The aim is to identify which future developments are needed and celebrate areas of Shropshire with strong creative provision. Better understanding the wide range of creative activities underway within the county will help many groups and organisations with their work and allow us to recognise the value and impact these activities have locally.
A map of activities is among the work planned. This will help inform future plans and fund raising.

The draft All-Age Autism Strategy (2025-2030) aims to promote a cultural shift across Shropshire's services adopting an all-age approach and recognising the need for a more joined-up, proactive, timely and autism-accessible offer to enable people to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
